Today is the 14th day of my induction period, so far I have dropped from 234 to 224 (obviously would have preferred more but I'm not complaining), I am a 6ft 35yo male and my goal at the moment is to end up somewhere around 185-190. Bearing in mind that I still have another 40 or so to lose, I would appreciate some advice from those with experience on whether I should extend the induction for the time being. I'm not a particularly fussy eater and am having no real problems with it in terms of missing certain foods or drinks (other than beer), though I do still tend to get hungry after a couple of hours and have never experienced this energy rush I've read so much about, but I wouldn't have an issue carrying on as I am now for the foreseeable future if that is for the best.
