  • restarting tomorrow

    Hi everyone,

I've been back and forth to this WOE so many times, I don't know what messes me up each time...stress, living with 6 other people, etc....but I am starting again tomorrow, Monday July 6th, and I really hope I have the strength to stick it out this time. I've already lost 10 lbs since last month by exercising a lot and trying to cut back on certain things, but I really like eating low carb and I hope I can stick with it this time! Wish me luck.

Wishing you all the best as you start your Atkins journey once more, Annie

Have you made your plans for what you are going to eat the first few days so you have no choice but to eat according to plan?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

        Re: restarting tomorrow

well i didn't start yesterday, wasn't really prepared lol. today i started though and so far so good. i'm lucky enough that i usually transition into ketosis quickly and easily...im guessing this is because i move around a lot and exercise and burn off the glycogen quickly...in fact some of you will hate me for this but i just started this morning and already the ketosis sticks are pink tonight lol. This is largely because had a long walk last night however....anyways lets hope i can stick to it this time and not let anyone get me down!

Thanks guys Still going good so far, feeling a bit dizzy on and off today even though I'm "in the pink" so I guess I'm still transitioning. Its not too bad though...Just gotta make sure I eat enough and that helps.
