Question about the meats

In the 14 days, can you eat Roast? My family is going to make a roast, with carrots and potatoes like usual. I know I cannot have potatoes, but would the carrots be okay? And is it okay for Roast to be a meat that I eat?

carrots are not allowed until Rung 8 of OWL so you will have to forgo the carrots.....roast beef is ok for induction -- eat until you are full. What I do is eat half my salad and other veggie first then eat the meat.
