    Hey Ya'll
    I made it one day and did it the Atkins way!
    I can't belive I did not cheat!
    I read the book this weekend, but I'm keeping it by my bedside so I can refer to it evrynight before I go to sleep. Thanks for all your support!
    This time I'm going to hold off on the cheese,(for a while) and this weekend at the store I did not buy any diet soda's with Aspartame to temp me. I'm going to do it! I as well as all of you deserve to be happy, healthy and fit!

      Here is what I ate on April 5, 2005. Why no cheese?, well I read that if I'm not losing, I should look at my diet and eliminate foods that may be stalling me. For me I think cheese is it, also diet drinks with aspartame. (Oh how I love Diet A&W root beer). I don’t know why aspartame is not good, b/c it does not have any calories or CHO but, everyone as well as Dr. Atkins said don’t drink them. So by trial and error and stubbornness I am now taking those off the menu. I will add cheese back in when I reach Ketosis, but until now I'm forgoing it. Plus, I need to find out where that threshold is for me. Oh… I am taking one multivitamin and taking calcium twice a day to equate to 1000mg. Anywho, what do you think? I feel ok right now...Lets pray I stay that way. I don't know if you’re female or male so if you are female, then... I think what’s helping me also is it’s a good time of the month for me, so I think that helps a lot. If you’re male just disregard that last sentence. Anyway!
