So, I have read that to find out the net carbs, you take the carb count, subtract fiber and alcohol sugar that that is the net carb amount. My issue is that I bought a box of Atkins Advantage Caramel Double Chocolate Crunch Bar and it "claims" to have 3g net carbs per serving ( which according to the box is 1 bar). But, there is 22g of carbs, 11g of fiber, and 1g of alcohol so according to this equation, it should be 10g of net carbs so why does the box say 3g. I am so confused. There are a couple of their products that I have noticed this with. Help!!! I need to know how to do this and if this is accurate! Thanks so much!
