Hey Ya'll, im new to this forum, and i am awaiting my book to ship from Amazon, and have a huge question, as i want to start eating this way asap.
In the list of rules, it says to have at least 12-15 in veggies.
But it also says you can eat approximately three packed cups of salad or two cups or salad plus once cup of other veggies.
(plus chicken etc)
My question is, when i go off of the acceptable foods list'
If i have i cup of salad at .4
1 celery stalk at .8
1/2 cup cucumber at 1.0
1/2 cup peppers at 2.3
and one cup of alfalfa sprouts at .4
that is alittle over 3 cups, but only 5 net carbs.
How can i get 12-15 if i can only eat 3 cups??
