I was away caring for my mom and moving her closer to family. I've been off my rung 3 Atkins diet for about 4 weeks. With everything going on and where I was ... out in the middle of no place with my ill mother ... I couldn't see any way to stick to my plan. I did eat some breads and cereals
... still lots of veggies and a few fruits. I drank water , but as much as I should have. The good news is I only gained 2-3 pounds while I was gone. I was as careful as possible about what I was eating and portion control.
My question now is, since I only have about 10 pounds to loose ... where should I begin? Should I do a week of induction and then climb the rungs ... or just start where I left off?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
