It's one little slip - I don't think you have to restart back to day 1. Just keep going, eat clean and hang in there!

I had to cover everything up when I started Atkins. I was a big grab something and stuff my self eater. I also placed water bottles in all rooms. Especially in the kitchen so when I walked in there and kind of was in grab mood - there was a water bottle there for me to have a quick drink from. It helped me a lot.

Lins, you do not have to restart, because the magic whoosh you see in the first 14 days is gone by now anyway. It's enough to get back on track and finish your 14-day Induction. Just remember when you evaluate your results that the numbers in the charts of metabolic resistance don't apply to you as your Induction weight loss could have been higher had you not cheated.

Were you planning to move to OWL immediately after Induction?

lins -- instead of staying on extended induction why don't you go to Rung 1 and add an additional 5 net carbs of veggies for several weeks.....you can add a different veggie each week (eat it 3 times during that week to see how your body reacts to it) -- it's much better for slow loosers than staying on extended. I was going to do the same thing but Liv talked me into moving on and it worked -- I had stopped loosing on extended and started again once I added green beans the first week. Good luck to you!!
