I have seen where alot of people go past the 2 weeks, I was just wondering what is the longest length of time everyone has stayed on induction?

Four months for me when I first began Atkins five years ago.

I am in to my 6th month.Always under 20 gms per day.Just got back from a 5 day cruise today.It was hard but I did it.Still gained two lbs mainly by overeating calories, certainly not carbs.It will be gone in a week though.Under 20 gms is the only way I can control hunger.Otherwise, I will pig out and gain everthing back, plus.Been there, done that, too many times.Comment

4 weeks for me -- I stopped loosing after the 2nd week but stayed on extended....one of the moderators talked me into moving to OWL Rung 1 and I started loosing again - best thing I did!Carole_____________________May Water 130oz daily

I stayed on induction for about 18 months while I lost the first 100 pounds.
However I did experience a huuuge slowdown in losing over the last months which was not increased till I moved to OWL
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
