Hi all well im sure all my posts are starting to sound the same
Im starting atkins Induction Monday
after careful evaluation of my attempt at induction ive come to realise i messed up and did a great big fat job of it too
So the only way to give myself a good honest start to this WOL is to be honest , admit i f***ed up
and start with a good 'Clean' Induction, that way Im not cheating myself either,
Ive purchased a Ellipitical (sp?) machine at the weekend
and plan to use it and not let it collect dust i plan on 10-15min x 3 per day aswell as doing the Abs challenge and Water challenge
to try and keep me accountable i really want this and ive gotta stop finding 'excuses' and just bite the bullet and go to it all guns blazing! 
Wish me luck no scrap that , keep me supported i CAN do this but only with you guys to lean on
