Well fellow Atkins members! After a little hiatus, I am finally back. I started Induction about 4 months ago, and after dropping about 16lbs, I fell off the wagon miserably.
Thus I ultimately ended up going back to my way of eating. I have since put back on the weight (I'm sure, as I haven't weighed myself) Now that I am about to be thrust into the spotlight with a major magazine deal, it is time that I get myself BACK on track and BACK to my old self. I feel completely motivated by this and completely motivated by all of you. Yesterday, I decided to try another "diet" that wasn't really right for me. Atkins has worked for me in the past and it will work again. I'm sure of it. After thinking hard about it, I decided not to go with that other diet and to just start back on Induction today and get my *** back in the gym. Though I haven't fully prepared myself for Atkins, I will be in the supermarket today to ensure that I am doing things the way I should be, and back in my Atkins book to refresh my memory. This morning, I had a spinach and cheddar omelet and will be having 2 hardboiled eggs later this morning as a snack (let me know if this is bad as I haven't done this in a fed months). And i've already gone through about 36oz's of water. Hope everyone is well and I just want to give all of my friends that I haven't spoken with a big group hug
