I'm on Day 3 on the Atkins 14-Day Induction and I'm having my veggies, meats, eggs and cheese for the day. Plus I'm working out 3 days a week. I'm dying for some Diet Coke so I've had like half of a can is that going to hurt me? Also I've been snacking on some Pork Rinds and I'm getting sick of them. I've checked out the site that Georgianna posted on some snack ideas and really nothing sounded appealing to me. I'm Really craving my fruits!!! Any ideas?

The cravings will go away in a couple days -- keep strong until then. Try eating some veggies dipped in a fat (mayo, salad dressing, cream cheese, etc) when you want something sweet. Colored peppers are very sweet by themselves. A better soda if you must have any would be Diet Rite, there is no sodium, no calories and no carbs and it's made with Splenda not aspartame like Diet Coke is.Carole_____________________May Water 130oz daily

I am on day 5 of induction, and it is true, the cravings stop and to be honest, im not so hungry all day anymore. Bye-Bye Butterfingers
Although, i will agree with you, i do miss fruit... especially in the summer when there are so many fresh fruits to eat! Be Strong!!!
