  • Completed 2-week Induction! *yay me!*

For my first two weeks I lost 10lbs (it was 13 after the first week, but now I seem to be stalled a bit), and 1.5 inches off my waist. Yay!

Since I've got over 100lbs to lose I'll be doing the extended induction. I'm certainly not bored with the food yet--there's plenty to eat!

hi and congratulations Krispy -- you technically aren't "stalled" check the book for the definition of a stall. Your body is probably catching up since you've been loosing weight and inches.

    Keep up the good work.

Thanks--I've been dragging my book with me everywhere, so I'll read that part again.

Hi Krispy, Nice work. I'm a week and change behind you but thanks for posting your progress. It is encouraging to those of us who are still in induction. Congrads!
