    i dunno if anyone can help me??? i done atkins a few weeks ago, managed week, and stuck to it. Lost 8lbs. I missed fruit and coffee so mch i couldnt do it any more, and i have put the 8lbs straight bk on. You think i could do the atkins kind of, without bread pasta etc and have fruit and coffee and milk???


    First Mini Goal: Loose 10lbs = 11st12lbs
    Second Mini Goal: Loose 12lbs = 11st0lbs
    Third Mini Goal: Loose 10lbs = 10st 4lbs
    Fourth Mini Goal: Loose 10lbs = 9st 8lbs

      You can do a low carb diet without pasta, bread, etc., but fruits and milk. Is just that this diet would not be Atkins.

      If you want to follow Atkins, you should start by doing the 2-week Induction phase. Then you can move to OWL. OWL Rung 1 is more veggies. In OWL Rung 2 you can add back milk. In OWL Rung 3 you add back nuts. OWL Rung 4 is berries and some melons, OWL Rung 6 is legumes, Rung 7 is other fruits, and so on.
