popcorn cauliflower, TRY It! it so good!

Hi guys, has anyone tired this yet, i got it on the recipe forum, it so yummy! i wanted more straight after. It the next best thing to potato i think. All you do it cut it up into bitsize pieces, place in bowl and toss over olive oil and some seasoning, i use BBQ (it so tasty) and spread them out on a tray, put them in the over for 45 minutes, and they turn a crispy golden colour and they say the trick is to rast it past the time you think it should be roasted so it gets richly caramelized!

I had it with some steak tonight and ill be having that most nights i think..it great!Just a same we cant have much of it!

Cauliflower is one amazing veggie. Such a variety of dishes you can make with it.
Today I cooked a chuck roast in my slow cooker. after it was done I took the meat out of the cooker and cooked cauliflower chunks in the broth of the meat.
        It was delicious!
I will have to try the roasted cauliflower, sounds good.

I haven't tried that yet, but it sounds very good. I will try it this weekend. I've eaten more cauliflower the past year than I have in my entire life. I've learned to love it. I'm sure the roasted cauliflower is delicious and I will try it.

Roasted cauliflower is yummy! The next time you roast it, mix the roasted cauliflower together with sour cream and a little curry powder!

it is one of my neeeeew favorites!
i used to hate it, would never eat it.
now i'm at the point where last time it was cheap at the store I went and bought about 15 pounds of it. the lady gave me this weird look! came home and froze it.

my favorite way to make it is to put a lot of oil on it so it gets crispy, and garlic powder and cayenne pepper. its amaazing :joy
