Hi,
I'm 1 day away from completing the 2 week induction and the results were not as I expected.
50yo male, 5'10 started at 16kg, have been excercing consistintly for over a month now, no change in routine during induction.
Lost 4kg over the first week and only 0.4kg after that.
My waist hasen't reduced since the end of week 1.
My diet is strict, no foods or drinks on the banned list, none.
Small serves of veg/salad, 10-15 grams per day max.
Lots of bacon, eggs, cheese, fresh meat and chicken.
Don't over eat and haven't been over hungry, I feel good.
Drink my water quota and a couple of green teas.
No alcohol, softdrinks, sugar, fruit, pasta or rice.
Do I keep doing what I'm doing now or should I change something?
My target weight is 90-100kg.
Regards,
Rob

which puts your metabolic resistance to weightloss at 'low to average', which is great and means no need to stay on induction any longer.
