    Can I have Actimel after Induction

    Hi :wave I'm starting Induction tomorrow. :yikes The thing is I have been having Actimel everyday for a couple of months and I really enjoy them. Would I be able to have them after induction? I don't know how many carbs etc as I have thrown the packaging away.

    You can bring that back when you are on the dairy rung in OWL, but until then, no, sorry..no milk is allowed...and yogurt is milk.
