  • Day 4...

It's been so hard! Mentally. Seriously thought the coffee and margaritas would be the most difficult part -it's not -but I can't wait to be able to enjoy them again in moderation of course.

SO I have my hand in the cookie jar at least 3 times a day and my fingers covered in yummy foods that I can't taste! Having young toddlers has been the pits when it comes to food and this induction stage! I am getting REALLY tired of eggs, meat and cheese. But I am going to look at the recipe thread to see what's good! And candy? Well my 7 year old she is gone for the summer so I have been sending her sweets and stuff... I hate looking at candy.

Regardless, I haven't cheated -nor will I -I can't do that to myself. Seriously, I am glad this wont last forever . I have been weighing myself daily and even though it is said "not to" that is one suggestion I am allowing myself not to follow -because I am such a rebel ha.

This morning, I worked out, my schedule is Monday through Friday at my gym. My girls and I do a lot of activites too around where we live. It's been pretty good so far and I am happy.

Anyway, I wanted to add some more information about me -to let ya'll know I am not going anywhere!

    Re: Day 4...

Weighing is okay, even 10 times a day if you wish (does stepping on the scale count as exercise? ), just don't get discouraged if the scale doesn't move for days/weeks. Some people don't like that and end up so upset that they say "screw it!", so for them is better to hide the scale under the bed and only take it out every 1-2 weeks.

Don't forget to take body measurements. Vanishing inches are the best proof that fat (not water or muscle, which the scale treats equally) is coming off. Plus, who cares about a number when you can fit into "THAT" dress!
