2 week induction is over

I have lost 11.3 lbs as of yesterday. I am thinking about staying on induction for another 2 weeks. Is this a good idea?

Height: 5'6
BMI: 33
Starting Weight: 225

I stayed on induction for like almost 8 months.. It worked for me, not sure how healthy it is but i did it

Well i lost 100 but went AWOL and now am back on induction
