    Nutritional food scales

    Hi,
    Have a set of scales that I enter a food code in and it displays the following based on the weight, which one do I count for my diet?

    Total Carb
    D.Fibre
    Sugars

      Hi Rob - if it is including the fibre grams in the carb count you need to deduct them to get your net carbs.
