So today is the day! For the last 4 days I've been gearing up towards this new way of eating and have slowly dropped much out of my diet. Today is the day where I feel I am ready for induction PHASE 1

Anyways, this morning I had 1 large egg scrambled with a small sausage round and a huge glass of water.....I have my meals all planned out...wondering about snacks though?!?
Wayyyy back in the day i used to be 118lbs....and now after 6 years (having a child) and just being lazy
I am a whooping 160lbs on my little 5'2 frame.
My first mini goal is to hit 140 ... and than just proceed untill I am about 125 or so.
How much can I expect to loose on induction along with running on treadmill and doing some strength training as well?
How much have all of you lost on induction?
