  • I have alot of questions......

    Hello again.
    Just got back from 45 min work out 15min walk .5mile and 30min cardio. I had a question on nutritional supplement can any one recommend a few.
    Also I have been reading about some sort of food tracker some are using to log what they eat. Where can I find that. I am hoping that by tracking cals/carb/protins/fats/ & what ever else I am suppose to keep track of does not discourage me from doing well on this diet. Can some one let me know what is the most important info I should be looking at.

    In the DANDR book, Atkins recommends taking a quality multivitamin that lacks iron, because you will get an adequate amount of iron from the meats and eggs you eat. Also, I take a L-carnitine supplement which is an amino acid already found in the body that aids in the metabolism of fat. Also, L-glutamine supplement is suggested because it helps with carb cravings.

        Many of us use www.fitday.com to log our food intake and other info.
        Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

        F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
