    14th Day Induction.....

    From 277 to 264. Feeling pretty good about that. I'll be reviewing my progress, where I could shore things up and likely continue induction for another two weeks. 13 pounds off is a great start. The bigger plus is my energy level and getting into a regular routine of exercise. Feeling better by the day.

              Almost a pound a day -- not too bad for a kick start. Looking forward to hearing about your progress moving forward, both on the scale and along the "ladder."
