        We've all been there and felt the way you do -- believe us when we say "it'll get better in a day or so".....if you have a headache take a couple pain releavers. It's your body getting ready to go into keotsis.

            You're right on schedule. Happened to me on day three too. Induction flu - you are transitioning to ketosis burning. Good stuff.
            Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

            May Challenges 2010
            Push-ups: 450/800
            Abs: 850/1900
            Squats: 650/1200
            Lunges: 500/1000

                Sounds like your body is turning into a fat burning machine! Those fat cells don't go easily but you've got them on the run!!! Please post about the great burst of energy you should be having in a day or two....
