  • In-N-Out Protein style burger?

Is it okay to have a 3 by 3 protein style burger there without any sauce in it?
    What is left is...
3 patties, a big lettuce, 2 tomatoes, and 3 slices of chedder cheese.

    what do you guys think?

A lot of people said that the burger is not a deal for induction... I just want to know if the reason is just the thousand island dressing.

    Because I really love In-N-Put xD~

Looks pretty good to me...even with the sauce. Just account for the carbs and cheese servings accordingly (3 slices would basically be your cheese quota for the day!)

I may hit In-n-out myself this weekend!

According to that list the carb content was rather high. Where do the carbs come from.
Patties with tomato and lettuce would be great. Not sure if the cheese is legal - and most cheese in fast food joints is processed cheese.

oops...liv is right (naturally!). If you look in the cheese burger description the cheese is american cheese - not cheddar. That's probably where most of the carbs come from. Processed cheese is not allowed in induction.

order the burgers without the cheese -- you take your own cheese and add it to the burgers if you like or eat them plain.

I've never tried the protein style burger from In-N-Out, but the low carb burger from Carls Jr. is great, I get it without cheese and ketchup though.
