I am on day four. And have had just our regular Farmer Johns pork sausage just about every day this week. They read less then 1 card per serving. But I read the ingredients but sugar is listed are these a no-no? If so I guess I can say, back to Day 1. I also was using regular ol Farmer Johns bacon in my salads is this OK? How about Pork Chorizo? HELP!!!
