  • Linda's Recipes

I just wanted to say how WONDERFUL Linda's recipe site is. I was at a loss of what I could cook during atkins induction and I went on the site and was soooo thankful for it. There are many, many induction friendly recipes and I just made Sloppy Joe Stuffed Peppers for dinner and they were DELICIOUS! I actually thought that they had to be bad because they were sooo good.

If anyone is having a hard time finding recipes for induction or any level of atkins make a stop at linda's recipe website and all your problems will be solved lol.

And to make things even better - she is a member here too and pops in from time to time.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

The recipes are so easy and I love the fact I can make a whole pan of a quiche, freeze it and take it out when I need it - or just about any of those casseroles.

        Re: Linda's Recipes

I "4th" the notion that without Linda's recipes I would not have as varied a menu on Atkins. Although I love meat and eggs, the usual meals get old after a few weeks while her recipes manage to find ways to put together meals that tickle the tastebuds.

Browsing her recipes can be dangerous though -- especially if you start looking at recipes that are not Induction friendly. She has a way of making me NOT want to stay on induction for too long.

I honestly don't know if I'd be able to truly do atkins with OUT her website! I usually use it at LEAST twice a week (admittedly the other times we eat out too much, lol)...but I've also made some of her desserts and they're FABULOUS!
