I everyone. OMGOSH today is day four and I've lost 5 4.2 lbs as of this morning. I love this WOE. Even this morning my keto stix were in moderate. But tonight when I got home not even trace. I haven't don't anything really different today than the 1st three days. This is what I've eaten.
2 eggs poached
One slice cheese
coffee with heavy cream and stivia
they had chick fil'a at work and I had a chicken biscuit but removed the biscuit and scraped off the coating.
Lunch, 2 cups salad. full on blue cheese and 2 slices turkey
herbal tea, no sweetner.
one diet coke.
The only thing I've done differently today than other days is the diet coke and the chick fil'a, (but I removed all breading) The other items I was eating daily too when I got to purple ketones.
I'm thinking it must be the diet coke or the chick filet must have some sort of fillers? Please share your opinions and experience please

So add another cup of veggies to your menu to get the required 3 cups. Also remember that over half of your net carbs should come from veggies.
