I haven't took measurements yet. But as for exercise I am doing a .5 mile walk it takes about 15mins. I wish I could walk more but my three year old walks with me and I don't want to push her too hard. But after that we go straight to the gym and I do about 30min cardio. I am pushing myself to get at least 3 days in a week.
I am feeling wonderful! This site really keeps me motivated. I am hoping I am in for the long run. I know it is up to me to keep it up. But I know me! But with results like these heck I'd be dumb to give in. So every day I stand firm and say today is not the day! LOOK AWAY FROM THE SWEETS!! lol ...all in all I cant thank every for all their support and knowledge I get here. THANK YOU GUY!! xoxoxo.

FEEELIN GOOD!!! I LOVE THIS DIET!!! oh and today I saw my mother in-law,she noticed the weight lose. I was definitely proud. But I didn't take all the credit. I let her know about the site.
