    Is anything Faux safe to have at all on Atkins? or on Induction?

    Depends what you mean by 'faux'. Cauliflower rice 'faux rice' is fine...there are lots of others. As long as all of the ingredients are induction-friendly (or appropriate for your Rung) it should be fine. Just count the carbs

    If you mean frankenfood, like Atkins bars & shakes...not so much

      Faux potatoes is actually mashed cauliflower with ingredients like cream cheese, sour cream, bacon added. All the ingredients are Induction friendly, just know your quantities.

      If someone makes something and calls it faux, be so bold to ask what is in it.
