  • Day 5!

    I am starting day 5 and feel fantastic. I have started doing my 10 Min Trainer videos, and also Turbo Jam for fun. I love Tony Hortons workouts they are hard and you can do them in less time. I hope that everyone is doing fantastic. Have a great day. Can't wait till Tuesday on day 7 to weigh in and do my measurements.
    Start Weight-218
    Current Weight- 205

    Mini Goals:

    1 goal weight: 210 Met on August, 4 2009
    2 goal weight: 200
    3 goal weight: 190
    4 goal weight: 180

      Well done for including exercise into your Atkins way of life already

        Hey there,
        I've been doing the Slim in Six series along with some jogging since I've started atkins! They sure do know how to rev you up at beachbody! Lol

          Yes, I also have the Slim in 6 series I think its fabulous.
