Can anyone help me! I went out looking for multi-vitamins with out Iron. They seemed hard to find. Can any one shoot me a few name I can specifically ask for. Also those Kotois sticks cant find them either. huh!

Ketostix. You don't necessarily need them (I don't use the stix). Look instead for physical signs of ketosis, like nasty breath, funny-smelling urine and/or sweat, thirst, increased energy, reduced appetite. These are often more reliable than the stix, which only measure the concentration of excess acetoacetate (only one of the 3 types of ketones) you spill over into urine.
Multivitamins w/o iron. The ones made for men or the 50+ versions usually have no iron. I think Centrum Silver is one brand you can find in the States."Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

And if you do want the Ketostix, they're usually by the diabetes testing supplies. I use them, but like Georgiana said, they're definitely not necessary (or even always very accurate!)
