HI all
just finished my induction yesterday and jumped on the scales this morning and i lost 4 and a half kg so around 9 pounds and a couple of inches of the body,i feel great at the moment but am concerned about what to do next to keep it going i still dont have my book yet or havent exercised either will start running today and want to no whats the best next step,did do a few things wrong i think not enough veg to much meat without knowing enough about induction really so i am gonna do another week on induction but for someone who loves chocs sweets beer etc i am happy enough so far that i didn't eat any of these foods
