    i know there are 4 g. of carbs per chew, but i bought these prior to me choosing atkins and i was wondering if there is a stage in time where i could have them to kill my chocolate craving and get calcium at the same time? i wont dare try them during induction though since im keeping it very clean. sorry for asking so many questions. :geek

      I am going to say most definitely no. Viactiv Calcium Chews Ingredients:
      Corn Syrup, Calcium Carbonate, Sugar, Chocolate, Nonfat Milk, Cocoa Butter, Salt, Soy Lecithin, Glyceryl Monostearate, Artificial Flavor, Carrageenan, Sodium Phosphate, Vitamin D3, Vitamin K1.

      Corn syrup, Sugar and Milk are not allowed on induction.

          Sorry I thought you meant during induction. However the sugar and corn syrup are still not something you want in your system at anyphase.
