Alright by now I'm really getting upset!
First 7 days I lost 5 lbs. Now I'm exercising and eating properly drink lots of water.....so why have I gained all the weight back? Am I eating to much fat too much protein? I know I'm not eating too many carbs
2hard boiled eggs for breakfast with 2 strips of bacon
salmon with mayo for lunch
4 oz steak with a garden salad for dinner..lettuce grn pepper and grn onion with some ranch dressing at .5 carbs.
I am drinking water like mad and doing all the right things on day 10 why am I gaining and becomming super bloated? :-(

. If I get this right, you are feeling bloated, so you are most likely retaining water (read, not fat!). You don't eat a lot of processed foods, but do you add a bunch of salt on your cooked food? Or are you around TOM?
