  • Induction.... check

    I started off at 187, and today I have weighed in at 175. I am working at the gym at least 4 days a week, running/stairstepper 30 minute warm up, weight lifting for about 20 minutes, stretch for 15 and walk it off for around 10 on the treadmill. I am completely soaked when I am done, that's my way of saying I did my best. As long as I had a good book and some beats I was unstopable. I try to change up my routine and throw in a favorite class to take here and there. Anyway, my clothes fit WAY better. I feel great, I can't say how much I hate eggs... but they are nutritous and helping. My food cravings are gone, I actually have to remind myself to eat. Just so busy with other things too.

    My energy has been a little on the weak side this past week .... so onto OWL Rung 1... good luck all you! Keep up

      Great work so far!
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

          GREAT suggestion Carole. Yes, I do need to veg more... they just go bad fast and you have to return to the market too often to replenish UGH! Thank you guys, I really couldn't have initiated this on my own without this site...
