I started off at 187, and today I have weighed in at 175. I am working at the gym at least 4 days a week, running/stairstepper 30 minute warm up, weight lifting for about 20 minutes, stretch for 15 and walk it off for around 10 on the treadmill. I am completely soaked when I am done, that's my way of saying I did my best. As long as I had a good book and some beats I was unstopable. I try to change up my routine and throw in a favorite class to take here and there. Anyway, my clothes fit WAY better. I feel great, I can't say how much I hate eggs... but they are nutritous and helping. My food cravings are gone, I actually have to remind myself to eat. Just so busy with other things too.
