    Hello fellow friends.

    I joined the forum today cause i want change.

    I have told i need to read the atkins book which i will.

    But i want to start the induction stage tomorrow...can someone give me a quick induction menu for 1 day?

    Like AM-Eggs sausage?
    Snack?
    Lunch?
    Snack?
    Dinner

    Please wife is cooking...and i am freaking out.

    So I am aloud all meats?cheese?veggies?I know its only 20Grams of carbs for the first 14 days right?

    That sounds like me when I started ... but I figured it out eventually. And the book is a great source.
    In the mean time. The first thing to do is to read these two stickies. Especially pay attention to the what you can eat one. These are the ONLY foods you can have on induction.

        As well as the two threads Liv gave you links to here is a link to another useful one - a wallet-sized induction food list you can print out to carry around for when you are out and about

          Be sure you read the book. The information we have here on ADBB is okay, but it's by no means a substitute for the book. And unless you read the book, you won't have a clue how to do Atkins the proper way. In fact, it would be best for you to read the book BEFORE you attempt to do Atkins. That way you'll know what you're getting into and what to expect.
