    Its Day 14 for me

    wooohooo its day 14 for me and i lose 16 pounds and 4 inches on my waist thanks for all the help guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

              weigh to go! I love day 15 yippeeeeeee posts when the 14 days are up.
              So are you reading chapter 13 and 14 and deciding if you are moving to OWL or staying longer indution on your journey to goal?
