On my 8th day, went off track by drinking beer on saturday, eating banana split on sunday, and mexcian food on monday. But whats crazy, I'm still losing weight. I've been using the Keto stips, but they've never showed up purple as I would be in the fat burning stage. I've already went from 240 to 222. Any ideas!!!

Did you slip that badly? From the looks of it, you slipped once a day for three days, but that's it. Your body may not have caught onto the fact that you slipped and is still in fat burning mode.
I think indulging on a lot of carbs can have a different effect on different people. Some will find no issues right away, others will find them right away, and then those that are in the middle might not have an issue right now, but will in a couple of days.
Either that or your body did catch on, but because it wasn't a horrible all day slip kind of thing, your body did use up what carbs you ingested, but is getting back to using up the fat stores.
Mini Goals:
Goal 1 - 10% (September 13th, 2009)
Goal 2 - Pre-Pregnancy Weight with 2nd Child (September 27th, 2009)
Goal 3 - 50 lbs down (December 1st, 2009)
Goal 4 - Highest Pregnancy Weight with 1st right before c-section (February 20, 2010)
Goal 5 - Lowest weight reached on WW after having 1st child
Goal 6 - 100 lbs down
Goal 7 - Pre-pregnancy weight with 1st
Goal 8 - Weight I met my husband
Goal 9 - 150 lbs down
Goal 10 - Weight in Grade 8
Goal 11 - Weight in Grade 6

You consumed less Calories than you burned, so you lost weight. I'm not sure what ideas you are asking for. Unless you do Atkins, it's not the best idea to ask advice on an Atkins Bulletin Board. Other weight loss boards would definitely be more suitable for you. Try doing a Google search.I've already went from 240 to 222. Any ideas!!!
