Are the following ingredients for a Pakistani deep-fried dish OK for the induction phase:
1 whole chicken, skinned
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt

I would like to be able to assume that ginger paste is is just ginger...but the way food is made these days...you just never know.
