Breakfast:
Eggs with mushrooms and onions
2 strips bacon
Lunch:
Mixed greens, gouda, avocado, dressing (looking up recipes as my current favorite I make with honey which I think is a no-no)
Dinner:
Broccoli with olive oil, parmesan, and black olives
Garlic shrimp
Snacks:
Cheese string
Tomato

I realize you put it over some chicken instead of eating it with bread, but some members might not be aware of what foods they can eat during Induction.
