    Just saying hi....7 day check-in over here.


    want to share something I like to have for lunch,

    take 2 slices of ham, no-carb balona, OR turkey
    use 2 slices of swiss cheese.

    take your 2 slices of meat, put a little dime of sour cream in each slice...wrap cheese around them. tasty stuff.

    keeping strong all day long............. :joy

      I love rollups!!

      I'm going away for the weekend tomorrow, I made rollups out of deli chicken, cream cheese and slivers of pickle and I've got a 3/4 full bottle of water freezing in the freezer to pack it with ...yumm! I'm going to try the sour cream next time.
