I'm okay with the notion of not eating the bars and everything. But here's what I wonder:
Is it okay to go to fast food places and eat only their high protein stuff. Mostly I'd probably just eat a grilled chicken (still nervous about fillers in it though), hamburgers (McDs = 100% pure beef, no fillers). Don't know about BK or anyplace else.
AT DD I have eaten their egg and bacon sandwich without the bagel.
Any other ideas? I mean, sincerely, when I tell you I'm constantly on the go, I really truly am!!!!!
