  • Going into Extended Induction

    Well,

    I was away for a couple of days and had no access to my computer. Day 14 was on Friday of last week and although i was having a really hard time in Week 2, I managed to pull through and keep on going. So although I seemed to gain some weight back in week 2 Im still going for the ultimate goal!
    I have decided to go into extended induction...maybe another 2 weeks or maybe just one more week!
    Any suggestions while on extended induction or should i just go right into OWL?

    Since you don't have much to lose, I would just head into OWL personally. That way, you can climb up the rungs of OWL and be able to tell if you can eat the new foods while still losing weight. Great job getting through Induction!

      If you are having trouble with induction I'd go on to OWL Rung 1 and add more veggies - that way you will have a little more freedom on what foods you can eat. When I stayed on extended induction I stopped loosing and after talking with a couple of the mods I went to OWL and started loosing again.
