Good luck to both of you guys. I finish Induction on the 13th (Thurs) but it's been so easy I think I'm going to keep on going with Induction for awhile. The first two days or so were killer (cravings) but once I kicked through those, it was pretty easy. Keep it up, you can do this!!!!!~Sarah

Thanks! I've done Atkins in the past but got side tracked so wanted to come back to induction. I'm doing Ok so far. Having steak with cucumbers tonight for dinner. Oil and vinegar dressing. Had eggs and sausage for breakfast and hot wings for lunch. I'm thinking about doing meat and eggs to hopefully lose faster. Going away fro hubbys b'day the weekend of August 22 and spending the weekend at the beach.Start Date-Jan 11, 2010

You need vegetables -- more than just cucumber....read your book and make sure you are getting ALL the foods in you are suppose to eat. Only eating eggs and meat isn't the proper way to follow the Atkins plan. At least read these threads if you don't have the book.

I am feeling hungry and weak today. Is that because I need more fat? I have no cravings just hungry. I know cucumbers isn't enough but that's what I feel like eating so that's what I've been eating.Start Date-Jan 11, 2010
