    Hello Everyone!!
    it's probably a well known page for many of you, but i found it this morning and i must share it so that all newbies like me can benefit!!

    its fitday.com , you can write all you ate and it tells you not only the calories but all the food values and what you are missing out!
    Hope you find it useful!
    it's incredible but it seems i really need some vitamin B, like the pharmacist assumed.. ;-( most get something later!

    p.s. is it just me or you too sleep WAAAAAAAY better since starting the diet?!

    Although many have been using fitday.com for a long time, I only recently started using it. I resisted because I thought it would take too much time, but I'm finding it very helpful.

    As for sleeping better, I really don't know. I have always fallen asleep as my head hits the pillow and slept soundly. I have heard others comment on sleeping better, as well as feeling better all around on this WOE.

        I use fit day all the time. I even purchased it so I can use it on my lap toip etc. I keep a copy on a flash drive.
