Heavy whipped cream...whip it up and buy some 100% pure cocoa! Tastes just like chocolate mouse or if you freeze it for a little while icecream!

When you are hungry, eat protein combined with a fat instead of just protein. It'll satisfy you quicker and sustain you longer. Perhaps doing that combination will help you beat this sugar demon that's riding on your back as well.
You don't actually 'need' dessert, it's just your body going through sugar withdrawals thats telling you that, isn't it?
I used to get anxious if I didn't have any chocolate in the house, or something sweet to turn to during the day. When I look back on that now, it's clear that I had such a dependancy on carbs and sugars :yikes
I took a long time before I accepted legal treats back into my diet because I knew they were a big bad slippery slope for me and I didn't want to have one little bite and want to eat the whole batch of legal treats like I used to do with the illegal stuff.
I am able to have one or two bites of legal treats now, and that's all it takes to satisfy me.

When you have a sugar craving, feed it with a big glass of water to see if it's just an emotional craving or if it has a basis in hunger. If you truly are hungry have a protein/fat combo.

Also, are you eating all the veggies you need to be eating? Our bodies do need carbs...but they need the good carbs veggies give us. :yes

I agree with what's been said. During induction, we eat 65% fat, 30% protein, and 5% carbs, most of which come from the acceptable food list. www.fitday.com is a great tool to help you see where you are at.
