Some of you may remember me, I have posted several times determind to stick with the plan but failing everytime. Well for the past 5 mths I have been doing slimming world, I no, I no, lol. I have actually stuck to it 110%, never cheating and I have lost 35lb. But recently I have been doing what is called the Green Days where you can eat as much pasta, rice & potatoes etc as you like and my losses have not been too great even tho i've been sticking to it. Ive been thinking about all the carbs and sugar I am eating and I no it isnt doing me any favours. These so called low fat products are loaded with sugar, I was shocked when I looked at one of my virtually fat free yogurts. Well after some thought i decided to go for Atkins. The differnce this time being that I have the determination and motivation now. I have dropped 2 dress sizes and I do not want to go up again. And I feel fitter than I have in ages. I do not want to be where I was.
So for the 20th time, lol, can I rely on your encouragement, help, advice and support, pretty please




BTW I have started this lunch time as I had Slimming World breakie as I was still undecided what to do, then after talking to my brother I decided to start this lunchtime and not count my breakie.
