Start of Day 4 and already

feeling fabulous. Scale says I'm down 2lbs, and my pants are definatley looser, plus my face is definately more defined. Thats in THREE DAYS!!!! Amazing.

So looking foward to brekkie today.

Congrats and keep up the good work.

I am also on my 4th day, and it's going great. First day, I had cravings but by the 3rd day they were gone. I just need to persuade myself that my decaf espresso is as good as the real thing....

Yes, I know what you mean.. I'm trying to convince myself that my decaf, full cream coffee tastes like whiskey and diet coke
(not quite the same, but definately a lovely subsitute)

I've had no sweet cravings or bread/starchy cravings yet.. so thank goodness for that. I just hope that lovely whoosh fat melting fairy decides to visit me more.
