good day ya'll,
so, i'm starting ATKINS .. AGAIN !! , the thing is , I always keep quiting form the third day, and here's why
The first time I started atkins, dAMN I LOST a **** lot of weight !! .. I was overwhelmed. Ever since I stopped I didnt gain except 3 Kg, I just don't eat bad carbs anymore, most of the time to be honest.
Anyhow, everything seem to STOP right now, I don't lose the weight that I need, i'm hoping for another 5 Kg, the first time I didnt do sports wut so ever, unlike this time, I usually run everyday for about 30 mins on a speed 8.5 on my Tredmil. I try to take a break every now and then from running, and I don't run when it's TOM.
I didn't want to say it but, DOES ATKINS REALLY WORK the second TIME AROUND !! I began to doubt it ! Please please please restore my faith in ATKINS and tell me what to do
Menu for today ( until lunch)
Breakfast : 3 small size slices of cheese , 3 small size slices of turkey
2 cups of Nescafee with creamer ( each pack has 5 Carbs ) that's a 10
Lunch : 3 pieces of grilled KOFTa ( it's an egyptian way of cooking a certain kind of meat , like the kabab)
dipping - toumya ( a salad made of mayo and yougart)
THATS IT !
I guess i'll be running today, I don't really know, may be Ill hit the gym tommrow
good thing is I'm FULL !! didnt feel that in the past 3 days.
So, guys , PLEASE RESTORE my FAith and tell me what to do, I mean i feel comfertable now in my own skin, I feel a lot lighter n' sometimes I feel that I look good, but I know that I need to lose more..
I was 105 Kg before I started Atkins last year , now i'm 86 Kg that's about 20 Kg , and I was 83 before I gained the kilos when i stopped atkins,
Yes I do need pep talk , lol, nah really , is it normal for Atkins to NOT work two times in a row ?
Do i really need the exercise HARD ?
